Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Human Resource Officer at A reputed hydropower Company located in Kathmandu. As a Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. You will also collaborate with managers to address employee needs, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR roles, including employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy implementation at least 2/3 years
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
