We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions at Nepreva Global Services Private Limited. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, policy development, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with the firm's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and appointment.
Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and oversee the firm’s performance evaluation and appraisal system, coordinating timely mid-year and annual reviews, managing performance improvement plans (PIPs), and facilitating calibration discussions with department heads.
Provide guidance and training to line managers on conducting effective, objective, and fair performance evaluations.
Analyse performance evaluation outcomes to identify talent gaps, high-performers, and development needs, and report findings to senior management.
Handle employee onboarding, induction orientation, and structured offboarding activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and all HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Administer and monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination systems.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training, learning, and professional development programs linked to performance outcomes.
Ensure organizational compliance with the Nepal Labour Act, Social Security Fund regulations, and other applicable labor laws.
Champion employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
Support senior management in organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Address employee relations matters, mediate grievances, and provide sound HR guidance to management and staff.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics — including KPI scorecards and appraisal summaries — for management decision-making.
Liaise with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies on HR and labor-related matters.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong and up-to-date understanding of Nepal Labour Act, Social Security Fund (SSF) regulations, and contemporary HR practices.
Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound, impartial judgment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS / HR software applications.
High degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and cultural sensitivity.
