Job Description

This is a full time role for Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relation, performance management, compliance, and employee development ensuring the successful implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy development, performance management, training, compliance, and ensure a productive, inclusive workplace environment.
  • Preparing job description, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Providing Counselling on policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
