Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team and help us maintain a positive and productive work environment for our staff. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.   • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with Nepalese labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Maintain and analyze HR records, reports, and key performance indicators.
