Job Description

Department: Management

Reports to: CEO

Responsible for: the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department

General  Responsibilities :

The Human Resource Officer Manager will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with senior HR management.

Key Function :

  • Providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

a. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Handling the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

b. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, streamline internal communication systems.

c. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.
  • Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate performance review meetings and documentation.

d. HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Keep abreast of labor laws and regulations.

e. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Manage compensation and benefits in guidance of the senior management.

f.  General HR Support:

  • Maintain HR documentation and records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Office Timing: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
