Roles and responsibilities of this job

China First Highway Engineering Company is a leading construction and real estate company in China. We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction or real estate industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Develop and manage employee training and development programs
Handle employee relations and mediate any conflicts or issues that may arise
Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Review and update job descriptions as needed
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with management on strategic planning and HR initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resource management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree or above in human resources, administrative management or other related majors.
More than 5 years of experience, fluent in English and Nepali.
Proficient in using various office software, human resource management, administrative management and legal knowledge related to labor relations.
Have good communication and coordination skills, planning and promotion skills, and strong teamwork spirit.
Proficient in Human Resource Management theory, familiar with Nepal labor law act and industry policies, posse all-round business knowledge such as recruitment, training, management etc.
Familiar with recruitment process, proficient in using various recruitment tools and methods, have recruitment experiences and skills.
Those who have experience in construction companies are preferred.
