Helen Keller International is an International non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combatting the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. Summary of Job Purpose:
The HR Manager will be responsible for carrying out the Human Resources functions of Helen Keller Intl Nepal program ensuring that best HR practices are applied across the country program, in all projects. The HR Manager is also responsible for managing staff performance, lead in recruitment, payroll management, staff contract management and overall HR function is country program. In addition to this, S/he will be GESI, Safeguarding focal person for the country office.
