Job Description

  • Coordinating with CEO and Sales department head to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a job requisition for that requirement
  • Drafting accurate and effective job description
  • Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Communicating with recruiting agency regarding vacancy publish
  • Screening initial resumes and applications and providing short list to the department head
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Managing the interview of candidate by coordinating schedules
  • Greeting the candidate and escorting applicants to interview
  • Follow up on the interview process status and updating the status to candidates
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation and coordinating with the department head for training programs
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
Salary Structure: 40- 45k (if the candidate is exceptional we can increase the salary level as well) 

Office Time: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
