Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team at Aayulogic Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) software. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced and evolving field of HR technology, including providing demonstrations to prospective clients and supporting the implementation of HRIS solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with providing product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our HRIS software.
Support the implementation and configuration of HRIS software for new clients, working closely with the implementation team and clients to ensure successful deployment.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop demo scripts, presentations, and other collateral materials.
Help create and update training materials and documentation for clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively use the HRIS software.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and answering questions related to the HRIS software.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures, based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other teams as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Prior experience with HRIS software is a plus but not required.

Required Skills

Strong interest in HR technology and willingness to learn new software systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in delivering presentations or demonstrations is a plus.
