Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The candidate should have the ability to successfully manage the human resource cycle and ensure the alignment of our HR strategies with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
  • Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract the best talent for our clients.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Plan and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, including training and development, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and bonuses.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, practices, and legislation to ensure the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
