Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN), a local implementing partner of Marie Stopes International in Nepal, is a well-established NGO which is delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through‐out Nepal via different service delivery channels: centres and Marie Stopes (MS) Ladies. It works in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global charity for providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.

Job Description:

Human Resources (HR) Administrator is responsible for managing all HR function of assigned channel(project). S/he will design and execute the Human Resources administrative and management plan in coordination with Human Resource team.

Minimum Requirement:

+2 or proficiency certificate or pursuing bachelor’s degree in Management preferably HR as specialization
Minimum 2 years of work experience in managing HR
At least a year of experience of implementing transformation in HR systems, bring modern, progressive approaches to HR practice
Good knowledge of Nepalese employment law and other related laws
Proficiency in MS Office package specially word and excel
