Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the hub 
  • Oversee and manage the delivery staff
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in hub facilities
  • Manage and support hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration
  • Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash
  • Lead the troubleshooting efforts from hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
