Job Description

As a mid-level HSE Quality Engineer with China First Highway Engineering Company, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our construction and real estate projects. We are seeking a motivated candidate who is passionate about promoting a safe and sustainable work environment and has a strong background in construction or real estate.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with company and industry standards 
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations 
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on HSE policies and procedures 
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions 
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on HSE practices and procedures 
  • Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments and safety plans 
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure continuous improvement of HSE performance 
  • Collaborate with project managers and external stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are met 
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and make recommendations for improvements to current practices 
  • Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure HSE compliance on site
