Job Description

As a mid-level HSE Quality Engineer with China First Highway Engineering Company, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our construction and real estate projects. We are seeking a motivated candidate who is passionate about promoting a safe and sustainable work environment and has a strong background in construction or real estate.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Provide guidance and support to project teams on HSE policies and procedures
Investigate incidents and accidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Conduct training sessions for employees on HSE practices and procedures
Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments and safety plans
Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure continuous improvement of HSE performance
Collaborate with project managers and external stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are met
Stay updated on industry regulations and make recommendations for improvements to current practices
Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure HSE compliance on site
