  • Responsible for Recruitment and Selection activities ensuring proper implementation of the processes
  • Involve in preparing job descriptions, key result areas, scope of work, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, policies and other HR related documents
  • Preparing contract letter, offer letter, internal memorandum and other letter related to Human Resource.
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Employees Insurance, Vehicles Insurance and claim related work
  • Implement and administer performance management processes as per the company timelines
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation of over all activities and implementation of day-to-day HR functions timely
  • Have knowledge regarding Labor Policy.
