Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Provide clerical support by drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
Support HR and administrative operations by coordinating a range of tasks, ensuring efficient and organized processes within the organization.
Coordinate and make arrangements for internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
Support other HR and administrative initiatives as assigned.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in HR or administrative support roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Familiarity with HR processes and employment regulations (preferred)
