Job Description

  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
  • Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys
  • Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from the web and social media pages
  • Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events
  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, completing new hire paperwork, and setting up employee files
  • Support employees on HR-related issues, such as benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • Facebook advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and modifying ad groups to optimize performance
  • Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content, including testing to optimize results
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive employee experience and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity
  • Building solid relationships with clients

  • Our Work Schedule is from Sunday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
