Location: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Sales and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (both spoken and written) and possess experience in recruitment and sales. This role requires building strong client relationships, identifying candidates, and facilitating the placement of top talent in software and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage software and development companies worldwide to offer recruitment and development team services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present the benefits of our services, including the establishment of dedicated development teams at competitive rates.

Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for various technical and development roles.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and follow-ups.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to attract clients and candidates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience (3+years) in recruitment and/or sales roles, preferably in the HR or tech industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of technical and software development roles and skills is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
