About the job

Responsibilities

Recruiting new employees
Preparing job descriptions and advertisements
Organising staff training
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with employees
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Manage social media pages for the company
Payroll management

Requirements and skills

At least 3 years experience in IT based company management.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Effective organisational skills
The ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
Teamworking and interpersonal skills
The ability to deal with situations that are stressful to others meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Leadership ability
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
