Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, operations, or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP software (Odoo preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage teams across different locations.
  • Knowledge of the musical instruments market is a plus.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on long-term commitment, software knowledge (especially Odoo), and past experience in the related field.

Job Description

Human Resources Management

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, leave management, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct day-to-day staff briefing and monitor daily attendance
  • Process payroll, salary disbursement, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct regular staff training to enhance professionalism and productivity.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for store management and customer service.
  • Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Optimize operational efficiency through Odoo and other management tools.
  • Supervise and support staff to improve overall efficiency.
  • Manage assets management

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns to boost product sales.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve performance and customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media and in-store promotions.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on HR, operations, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and cost control.
  • Work with the IT team for system improvements and technical support.
  • Analyze sales reports and HR metrics to drive data-based decisions.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal advisors and business consultants.
