Job Description

Human Resources Management

Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, leave management, and performance evaluations.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Conduct day-to-day staff briefing and monitor daily attendance
Process payroll, salary disbursement, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct regular staff training to enhance professionalism and productivity.

Operations Management

Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Implement and monitor SOPs for store management and customer service.
Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and supply chain efficiency.
Optimize operational efficiency through Odoo and other management tools.
Supervise and support staff to improve overall efficiency.
Manage assets management

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns to boost product sales.
Train and support the sales team to improve performance and customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media and in-store promotions.

Reporting & Coordination

Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and cost control.
