We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Human Resource Officer to strengthen our recruitment function and support our growing workforce.

Role Overview

As the Human Resource Officer, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintain HR documentation, support employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with Nepalese labor regulations, and contribute to building a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to hiring.
• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and source qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate selection.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee transition.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and other day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
• Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Nepal Labor Act, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll-related documentation and employee lifecycle processes.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
• Coordinate performance appraisal activities and maintain related documentation.
• Address employee concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist managers with employee relations matters and disciplinary procedures.
• Support employee development and retention initiatives.
