Job Description

We are seeking an HR Officer to manage and support all human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. The role is critical in building a motivated and high-performing workforce across our design, production, retail, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles across design, production, retail, and corporate functions.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR queries.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and tracking of KPIs.
  • Assist in payroll processing, reimbursement claims, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for salaries, bonuses, and statutory contributions.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand within the fashion industry.
