Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our growing tech startup, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. The ideal candidate will manage both HR operations and provide executive-level support to the leadership team. This position plays a crucial role in building our company culture, implementing HR systems, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong leadership in driving HR initiatives and organizational change
Take ownership of HR strategy and make independent decisions
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people matters
Lead complex negotiations with vendors, benefits providers, and stakeholders
Drive critical HR initiatives with bold, data-driven decisions
Influence and convince stakeholders at all levels to drive positive change
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up
Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
Create and maintain professional documentation, presentations, and reports
Manage executive calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Oversee office operations and vendor relationships
Organize company events and team-building activities
Handle confidential information and sensitive HR matters
Prepare HR analytics and reports for management
Coordinate training and development programs

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or equivalent business discipline
3+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in tech companies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Expert in creating presentations and documentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Proven leadership experience with a collaborative and decisive management style
