Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administration of Travelling Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for employees. This role also includes tracking employees' live locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting necessary follow-ups. The Senior HR Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that all the HR processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the Travelling Allowance process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
Review and approve TADA claims, ensuring compliance with company policy.
Update all the daily attendance report and maintain leave balance.
Oversee the monthly expenses, ensuring correct calculation and timely payments.
Implement and manage systems for tracking employees' live locations on daily basis.
Generate and analyze reports on employee locations and travel patterns.
Coordinate with other HR and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide training and guidance to employees on respective softwares.
Maintain accurate records of all related HR activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide support and guidance to employees in understanding and complying with company policies.
Address and resolve employee concerns and issues related to allowances and tracking.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Experience in managing allowances, payroll, or similar HR functions is required.
Capable of resolving issues related to TA/DA and tracking in a timely manner.
Familiarity with employee tracking systems and compliance procedures is an advantage.
Proficiency in both verbal and written communication to interact with employees and management.
Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and employee tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
