Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level HR Officer to join our team. We are a leading travel agents and tour operators in the industry, and are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and help us achieve our objectives.

The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with regulatory concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Your responsibilities will be developing and implementing the HR policies in the company
  • Preparing for recruitment of the employees, creating detailed Job Description and posting advertisements for vacancies
  • Head hunting by seeking out qualified candidates through social media and face-to-face meetings
  • Preparing questionnaires, setting up for interview and assisting in selecting the employees
  • Preparing employee contracts and providing training and development activities
  • Preparing performance reviews format and promotion of the employees
  • Conducting disciplinary action and maintaining employee records
  • Updating policies, hiring the right employees, creating payroll process and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting performance management process

NOTE: 
Two wheeler license holder and two wheeler holder are preferred
