Job Description

  • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the overall HR process including recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, rewards, career development, and separation process.
  • Work in partnership with managers, key stakeholders and the HR team to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the company.
  • Advise, guide, and support employees and managers by providing high-level people management and development support. 
  • Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, succession planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, compensation and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Manage a professional interviewing, recruiting, and hiring process. Ensure the successful integration of new employees in the company.
  • Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity and retention.
  • Support current and future business need through employee development, engagement, and motivation.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers/ supervisors (e.g., coaching, mentoring, counseling, career development, and dealing with non-performance).
  • Drive the performance improvement process and provoke positive changes in the management of employees.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, disciplinary concerns, and grievances; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding activities.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with branch offices and Regional HR teams for better execution of HR functions and achievement of HR objectives. 
  • Analyze and report HR information to support the development of HR strategies and solutions. Ensure that all reporting requirements are satisfied.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each business unit/section.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
  • Manage the employee exit process, which includes resignation verification, employee clearance, exit interviews, and others as required in coordination with managers/ supervisors.
  • Organize various employee engagement programs (such as Rangoli Competition, Bike Riding Competition, Anniversary Program, Birthday Program), surveys, and other activities in coordination with HR team members.
  • Take a lead role to implement, monitor, and educate the Occupation Safety and Health Policies and guideline.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the company.
