Experience: At least 2 years in the related field with proven experience as an HR Generalist

Education Qualification: Bachelors completed, however Masters completed in HR preferred

  • Knowledge and updated on Labor Act, trends and practices
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • People-oriented and solution driven
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Active involvement in overall HR Functions of Departments
  • Active involvement in Performance Management, developing KRAs and KPIs, preparing job description
  • Proactive in implementing training & development initiatives 
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, reward and recognition, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Proper and intact documentation and preparing reports of all the HR activities and preparing various reports to take further decisions to the Management 
  • Plan, develop and support in employer branding activities
  • Conduct HR surveys in timely basis, prepare reports and provide recommendation to the concern authority
  • Support and coordination in overall HR functions 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
