  • Understand our HRIS system – a digital portal that simplifies the HR process and its operation.
  • Build knowledge in diverse fields like Employee Engagements, Recruitment, L&D (learning and development), and other HR functions.
  • Coordinate in Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
  • Coordinate in T & D or any event of the organization
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Any other HR related matters that may arise
