  • Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
  • Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software Nimble HRIS is preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Nepali
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
  • Good communication skills
  • Good quantitative skills

Job Description

  • Recruiting as per manpower requirement
  • Attendance and punctuality record 
  • Handling factory grievance. 
  • proper keeping employee documents and sending to Head Office. 
  •  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counselings on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective on boarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • coordination the interviews with proper coordination with Head office team

Administration:

  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the country office
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • reporting to HR team at Head office and MD
