Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Recruiting as per manpower requirement
Attendance and punctuality record
Handling factory grievance.
proper keeping employee documents and sending to Head Office.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counselings on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective on boarding plans
Develop training and development programs
coordination the interviews with proper coordination with Head office team

Administration:

Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the country office
Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
reporting to HR team at Head office and MD

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Required Age:More than or equal to 45 years

Other Specification

Bachelors degree with specialization in Human Resources
Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software Nimble HRIS is preferred
Fluency in both English and Nepali
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
Good communication skills
Good quantitative skills
