Job Description

  • Responsible for Recruitment and Selection activities ensuring proper implementation of the processes
  • Prepare and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
  • Design, develop and implement various employee development programs, career planning and employee relations
  • Active involvement in Reward and Recognition programs and monitor its progress and effectiveness for better outcomes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures ensuring compliance with legal laws and /or regulations
  • Implement and administer performance management process as per the company timelines
  • Maintain and regularly update the records (personal file, personal database etc.) of each employee and proper documentation of over all activities of HR activities
  • Execute effective on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Prepare various analytical reports of HR activities
  • Prepare monthly payroll and disbursement. Implement day to day HR fuctions timely and reprt to the concern authority on timely basis
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
