Roles and responsibilities of this job

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be

Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
Manage recruiting and onboarding processes.
Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance and discipline, development, coaching and mentoring, separations, etc.
Manages and resolves employee issues including investigations, disciplinary action, etc.
Manage contracts with outside suppliers of employee services (i.e. ride share, uniforms, etc.).
Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Note: Experience in IT Industry will be preferred.
