We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a unique blend of recruitment and operations expertise, specifically within the Ecommerce sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring the seamless functioning of HR operations. If you have a proven track record in Ecommerce and possess a strong HR background, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of candidates.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Operations:

Oversee and execute HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records maintenance.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

E-commerce Expertise:

Leverage a deep understanding of the Ecommerce industry to tailor recruitment strategies and address specific industry challenges.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the Ecommerce sector.
Utilize Ecommerce knowledge to contribute to the development and enhancement of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment and operations, preferably within Ecommerce.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.

Note:

The salary is 40,000, with a negotiable rate based on experience, qualifications, and work performance.
