Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as required.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
