Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Manage talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times.
Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as required.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide support and guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 8 years

Other Specification

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Prior experience in a construction company is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
