Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function, aligning HR strategies with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads to address staffing needs.
Training & Development: Organize orientation and training programs, identifying staff development opportunities.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and effectively address employee concerns.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisals, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits while staying updated on industry trends.
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop or update HR policies as required.
Strategic HR Planning: Align HR strategies with business objectives and plan for future staffing needs.
Health, Safety & Well-being: Implement workplace safety protocols and employee wellness programs.
Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage HR data to support informed decision-making and reporting.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of HR management experience, preferably in luxury or 5-star hotel environments.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office is required.
Additional Requirements: A valid two-wheeler license is required; a four-wheeler license is preferred.
