Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  •  Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  •  Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
