Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance staff performance and engagement.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure competitive pay practices.
Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
