Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
  • Update and manage employee records and files.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Participate in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
  • Oversee the performance review process.
  • Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to personnel activities.
  • Develop and maintain affirmative action programs.
  • Manage employee safety, welfare, and wellness programs.
