Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and oversee the hiring process.
Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Employee Relations:

Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work environment and employee morale.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management:

Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance.

HR Administration:

Maintain HRMS and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Compliance and Policy Development:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Conduct audits and assessments to monitor compliance.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee retention rates.

Strategic HR Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify talent gaps and succession planning needs.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Graduate in HR Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communications skills
Good knowledge of HRMS System
Fluent in Nepali and English
Proven experience in recruiting, training, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
