Job Description

Position Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for developing, improvising, and streamlining the HR systems & policies at Head Office & Facilities and ensuring healthy work practices in the organization.

  • Tech-savvy.

Professional Pre-requisites

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar position in a corporate setting
  • Excellent documentation skills to strengthen institutional knowledge

Areas of Responsibility

  • Analyze and fill out talent as well as training gaps based on organizational objectives and needs.
  • Develop and implement the policies and recommend improvisation.
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding functions.
  • Address grievances and conflicts of the team and take the necessary steps to resolve them.
  • Comply with the HR practices as per the Labour Law and enforce such practices in all facilities.
  • Plan and implement performance review and analysis for HR development.
  • Analyze training need and conduct as per requirement.
  • Conduct exit and offboarding functions.
