Job Description

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
JOB LOCATION: PROPERTY
REPORTING TO: General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling and development and implementation of the organization’s policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Job Tasks:

  • Gathering the manpower requisition from the concerned department, understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting job description.
  • Organizing and conducting the staff recruitment and selection process that includes drafting notices and advertisements for vacant position, scheduling, organizing and conducting interviews, conducting reference checks.
  • Assisting the management in developing HR policies, SOPs and manuals.
  • Complying with the statutory law of the nation.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Supporting the management in conducting performance appraisal of employees in the best possible manner.
  • Evaluating competencies and training needs for all the employees and facilitating training programs.
  • Handling employees’ issues and grievances and take appropriate actions with consultation from management.
  • Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their work.
  • Promoting workplace safety.
  • Keeping track on employee turnover and exit rate. Conducting exit interviews of employees who are resigning. Doing the full and final settlement for the employees.
  • Designing salary structure for the employees as per the law of the country.
  • Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
