  • 7-8 yrs work experience as an HR officer or relevant
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
  • Proficient in MS Office package, google sheet
  • Knowledge of HR systems and database
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Description

  • Align, implement and measure the formulated plans and problem-solving if necessary
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Maintaining attendance logs, preparing budgets and payroll management
  • Employee recruitment and retention
  • Develop a training and development program
  • Performance management, review, and grievance handling
  • Maintaining and managing the employee database
