Job Description

 

Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and
recreation programs
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel
Deal with the top management along with the staff and employees of the company and act as a
bridge between these sections in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the
company
Collect HR metrics; analyze the data, properly collating it, reporting the data and identification of
trends
