Job Description

  • Lead Recruitment and Selection procedure and maintain a pool of candidates
  • Maintain an up to date employee’s database
  • Conduct Onboarding formalities like employee’s orientation, appointment documentation etc.
  • Attendance and Leave management and submit periodic reports to concerned authorities
  • Ensure that all employees are enrolled in the benefit packages offered by the company and explain the benefits to the employees
  • Provide required information to the Accounts Department to administer payroll
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies
  • Prepare various HR letters and reports as and when required
  • Explain organization policies to employees and ensure implementation of those policies
  • Ensure timely performance evaluation of employees
  • Circulate HR notices using appropriate media
  • Facilitate Exit formalities
  • Effectively liaise between senior management and employees to maintain and improve company-employee relations
  • Administer company benefits packages, corporate events, team-building meetings, and outings
  • Preparing, updating and maintaining employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Conduct Human Resource Policy assessment and revise if necessary
  • Handle employees’ grievances and report to the concerned authority
  • Respond to HR-related queries within the company
  • Coordinate with respective Line Managers for training need assessment
  • Others as assigned by the concerned authorities
