Job Description

  • Ensure and convey the HR practices and cycles to be specific authoritative plan, remuneration and advantages organization, representatives execution the executives, preparing and initiative turn of events, and Succession arranging, ability obtaining, Employee Engagement and so on lined up with the business and association objectives
  • Successfully implement HRMS system
  • Create, deploy, and drive successful and effective HR frameworks and interaction
  • Be solid accomplice and associate with Business and CO administration group, accomplish business systems and objectives
  • Must be able to deal with labour union strategically according to the Nepal Labour Law
  • Set up and drive the way of life of advancement and Creativity and with clear measurements and expectations to boost the advantage to association and workers.
  • Ensure the compliances of statutory records, provisions as per various acts of Nepal Labor Laws
  • Distinguish, suggest, and work with the organization of representative connection rehearses, set up a positive employee-employer relationship, and advance an undeniable degree of representative spirit and the executives
  • Establish and drive platforms for efficient functioning of grievance handling system for both internal and external stakeholders of the organization
  • Setting up trainings, courses, wellbeing, wellbeing camps and other government assistance measures for contractors at site to keep up with harmony relations
  • Intelligence and keep track of peer industries issues and ensure preventive actions
