Our 11 years journey started in 2009 from the productive industry United Soap and health care industries. We learned something from a long business trip and now a personal business trip is the birth of Saathimart in 2018 as we discussed how to move forward, including the entire region for the youth who are always working hard to do something full of passion for the country.

It is our plan to set an example that not only a business but also a Nepali Company can become an international level retail chain, online shopping and manufacturing company, which will provide employment to thousands of young people in the country so that the farmers will get a good price and market, Nepali consumers will be able to taste the organic products of their own country can buy more than 22,000 Nepali and foreign products online and offline.

Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention
  • Analyze the current HR process and Develop HR database and systems in excel to ensure data consistency and ease of various HR reports preparation
  • Assist in payroll management by administering leaves of employees, and maintaining proper employee database
  • Develop and prepare various HR Reports including key recruiting metrics, headcount report, performance management reports, service history reports, etc.
