Heritage is the only manufacturer of Jacquard (Graphics), Stripe Ribbed, 3 Line Ribbed and Velour Carpets in Nepal. Hence, we substitute the import of those products and benefited to the country by saving foreign currencies to some extent. More than Sixty percent import had been substituted by heritage carpet in short period of time.

Job Description

  • Bachelor in Human Resource or above
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Manage strategic HR functions for Company including workforce planning, employee engagement, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, talent identification and succession planning
  • Sound working knowledge in dealing with Government authorities, Department, Banks
  • Working knowledge in Provident Fund (PF), Social Securities Fund (SSF)
  • Supervise and train Admin staff in setting up admin systems and process i.e. Attendance tracking, office security, dealing with visitors, coordination with external service providers
  • Conduct appointment interviews, payroll management, appraisal, exit interviews
