Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Edvoy’s mission and values, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring best practices are followed.
Drive compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and ensuring ethical practices throughout the organization.
Lead the people, admin, and operations teams, providing guidance and support to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs, facilitating training and development programs to nurture talent.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess organizational health and implement necessary changes to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 7 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic leadership and operational management.
Proven track record of shaping organizational culture and driving compliance in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Relevant HR certification and a deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
