Job Requirements:
The position is responsible to efficiently manage the recruitment process, undertake HR generalist work on a day-to-day basis and carry out HR operations at Regional Level. The incumbent should be efficient enough to design the new job advertisements, to filter the candidates based on the departmental requirements, to schedule and conduct the interviews of the shortlisted candidates. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible to maintain the required documents to keep the employees’ personal file, maintain quality standards, follow compliance in every organizational comprehensive procedure.
He/She will engage in preparation of monthly salary payroll, the effective assembling of the performance appraisal data, ensure the accuracy and timely completion of the performance appraisal.
The role requires to provide administrative support in handling employee confirmation, and preparing various letters/certificates. Manage effective communication/negotiation with external parties to facilitate the employees and organization, advice/guide on the aspects of staff/personnel concerns, issues, disciplinary actions, life and health related matters.
