  • Master’s in HR will be preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience specifically in HR Department.

  • Effective Computer skills, particularly MS Office (knowledge of ERP would be additional advantage).

Job Requirements:

The position is responsible to efficiently manage the recruitment process, undertake HR generalist work on a day-to-day basis and carry out HR operations at Regional Level. The incumbent should be efficient enough to design the new job advertisements, to filter the candidates based on the departmental requirements, to schedule and conduct the interviews of the shortlisted candidates. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible to maintain the required documents to keep the employees’ personal file, maintain quality standards, follow compliance in every organizational comprehensive procedure.

He/She will engage in preparation of monthly salary payroll, the effective assembling of the performance appraisal data, ensure the accuracy and timely completion of the performance appraisal.

The role requires to provide administrative support in handling employee confirmation, and preparing various letters/certificates. Manage effective communication/negotiation with external parties to facilitate the employees and organization, advice/guide on the aspects of staff/personnel concerns, issues, disciplinary actions, life and health related matters. 


Job Description

KEY Challenges of The Position

  • Responsible for recruitment process to manage efficient and effective handling of hiring activities.
  • Responsible for selection of right sourcing tool for the advertisement of vacant position and future openings.
  • Gather requirements from the departments and make proper job specification and descriptions of the roles.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation of the selected candidates.
  • Gathering the required document to be maintained in employee personal file.
  • To facilitate organization in meeting quality standards to maintain the consistency and compliance in the HR process and assist the line manager to follow organized and comprehensive procedure.
  • Provide administrative support in handling employee confirmation, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Engage in preparation of monthly salary payroll to share with Finance Department.
  • Responsible for recording of monthly attendance data includes rectifying errors and to ensure accurate information submission to payroll.
  • Responsible for Preparing various letters/certificates.
  • Provide advice and guidance, within the level of competence, on aspects of other personnel/staff regarding their concern/issues and support with recommendations of department manager for disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to address staff life and health related matters.
  • Facilitate senior management in negotiation with external parties like labor and social security and other employee related matters.
  • Involved in collection, compilation and distribution of data and support in timely completion of performance appraisals and ensure the accuracy of performance appraisal data.
  • Takes initiatives to provide additional support on projects related to HR Interventions
