Reporting Line: People and Culture (HR) Director
Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Organizational Development: Lead the planning and development of various initiatives within the People & Culture function at the brewery. This includes coordinating with the Director – People & Culture, department heads, and other key stakeholders to design and implement programs related to skill mapping, training need identification, SOP development, productivity enhancement, absenteeism reduction, efficient machine allocation, optimized crewing, and promotion of multi-tasking and multi-skilling. Ensure the preparation and execution of annual functional plans and regularly review the brewery's organizational structure and headcount requirements to align with operational goals and future workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage and oversee the complete talent acquisition lifecycle at the brewery, including recruitment, selection, induction, and placement processes. Ensure these activities are conducted as per defined guidelines and standards, and are aligned with the brewery’s talent needs and organizational culture.
3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement: Drive the implementation of the performance evaluation process by supporting the brewery team through every stage, ensuring alignment with organizational performance standards. Play a key role in enhancing employee engagement by initiating and supporting programs that boost morale, align with broader organizational objectives, and foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement across the brewery workforce.
4. Learning & Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive training plans tailored to the needs of brewery employees. Support the execution of these training initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure they contribute to employee skill development and overall operational efficiency.
5. Systems, Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements related to the People & Culture function. Provide oversight and support for the effective use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage attendance, leave, and other employee data accurately. Prepare and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic HR planning.
6. Safety, Excellence & Departmental Support: Support and guide the People & Culture team in driving safety and operational excellence initiatives at the brewery. Additionally, provide assistance in various departmental activities, ensuring that People & Culture functions are effectively integrated with brewery operations and aligned with the organization's overall goals.
