Job Description

Reporting Line: Assistant Manager, People and Culture

Core Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Implementation

  • Support planning and execution of People & Culture (P&C) initiatives at the brewery in alignment with Head Office and departmental stakeholders (e.g., skill mapping, SOPs, productivity enhancement, absenteeism reduction, crewing, multi-tasking).
  • Assist in developing and implementing annual plans and budgets for P&C verticals at the brewery.
  • Contribute to embedding Growth Culture and driving organizational initiatives locally.

2. Talent Management & Organizational Structure

  • Assist in workforce planning, including headcount assessment and organizational structure alignment with Head Office.
  • Support recruitment, selection, induction, and placement of employees as per policies and procedures.
  • Maintain documentation for permanent employees and outsourced vendors.

3. Learning & Development

  • Collaborate with departmental managers to design, implement, and evaluate training plans based on identified needs.

4. Performance & Engagement

  • Assist in employee performance evaluations.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement in line with organizational goals.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Prepare and share monthly reports for payroll and benefits processing with Head Office.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration and budgeting activities.

6. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HRIS systems to manage attendance and leave as per defined practices.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to P&C verticals.
  • Support in reporting, documentation, and budget usage reviews.
7. Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with Safety and Excellence teams on employee-related initiatives.
  • Assist the P&C Head in executing various departmental projects and priorities.
